Imtac LLC has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nihon Kohden, Japan’s leading manufacturer of medical electronic equipment. This partnership seeks to introduce advanced healthcare technologies to the region.
Nihon Kohden has long been at the forefront of medical innovation, with its researchers publishing influential studies in some of the world’s most prestigious medical, engineering, and scientific journals. The company has made significant contributions to advancing modern medical treatments through its groundbreaking products and technologies. Notably, pulse oximetry—the technology used to non-invasively measure blood oxygen levels—was invented by Dr. Takuo Aoyagi, a Nihon Kohden scientist.
