IMTAC, part of the publicly held Renaissance Services, is one of the leading IT Services companies in the GCC arena. The company has an established track record, spanning over two decades, and has a strategic focus on the ERP Application Services segment.

The ERP Services Manager would be responsible for leading the business analysis function, maintenance of high involvement client relationships and the delivery of quality ERP Application Services to clients in the region. It is expected that the candidate leverages in-depth domain and application understanding, proven business analysis and project management skills, resulting in on-time on-budget delivery of ERP projects to enterprise clients.

The ideal profile would match a functional/technical lead, looking for fast track career growth, with the following skill sets:

  • High degree of familiarity with a major ERP system (i.e. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards or Great Plains) with 6+ years of relevant experience across multiple full cycle projects
  • In depth, hands on exposure to business process analysis, requirement documentation, functional specification generation, implementation, customization & enhancements, and user acceptance.
  • Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Business Management/ Computer Science/ Finance.
  • Client service driven with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
