Education Qualifications: Graduate/Post-graduate in Science/Engineering
Key performance indicators:
:: Manage a defined project plan
:: Manage implementation within pre-determined commitments in terms of scope, functionality & time frames
:: Experience in risk management
:: Exceptionally strong people management skills

Work Experience:
:: Minimum seven (7yrs) years experience in implementing enterprise HIS system
:: Having delivered at least three successful HIS projects
:: Conversant with the current ICD 10, HL 7, CPT, SNOMED, DICOM standards and complete understanding of the process of care delivery in the Healthcare spectrum
:: Experience in implementing an international class HIS system would be a distinct advantage
:: Strong domain knowledge is essential
