• Excellent technology skills in the following areas:
Java
Java Scripting
XML
HTML
• Strong knowledge of database performance optimization techniques
• Strong knowledge and understanding of OO concepts and design and should be able to implement them
• Experience of developing/Support Business Applications and/or ERP Solutions
• Excellent knowledge of application design concepts and data interfaces between existing application systems
• Should posses good debugging skills in Developer and PL/SQL
• Knowledge of database design methodology (data modeling, process modeling, and ERD&DFD)
• Good exposure to full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, coding, testing etc.
• Strong analytical abilities
• Certification is a must
• Experience in developing Healthcare applications will be an advantage

Experience:

Minimum 6 years of strong experience in design and development of web-based applications using Microsoft technology.
