Experience
Candidate should possess a minimum of 4-6 years relevant experience and should have proven skills in performing the following job function:

Implementing and Supporting ( Level 2 support ) projects on : HP Enterprise Storage Solutions viz. HP EVA 3000/4000/5000/8000SAN, VA 7400/7100 Array, MSA 1000/1500 Storage, NAS Storage Mission Critical and Cluster Solutions based on the HP_Unix, HP Integrity and HP Storage Area Network. Enterprise Backup Solution based on HP Openview Dataprotector / Veritas NetBackup. Integrating HP PA-RISC /Integrity hardware, HP-UX, MCSG 11.16 Cluster, EVA 3000/4000/5000/8000 with Oracle 9i Database, MC/Serviceguard Cluster Solutions. Business Copy and Replication Solutions on EVA, Data Mirroring to DR site EVA using MirrorUX. RedHat Linux latest versions.

Candidate should possess good Administration skills in all the above areas. Candidate should have good understanding of the SLA definitions. Candidate should possess good problem solving skills and is expected to provide Level 2 support in the above domain and should be aware of the escalation process for resolving the complex problems. Candidate is expected to provide Pre-Sales support to the Enterprise Sales Team in terms of designing Enterprise solution based on the above products. Candidate should possess excellent communication and Presentation skills

Certification: Candidate should possess the following valid Certification

HP_Unix – CSA, CSE
